They are too lazy to even look after their own health, if you need help then all you need to do is ask, now not everyone will agree to help you but that is probably the rare occasion, if you don't ask you don't get! By asking for help you might come across someone who is willing to help you and from then on you will be on your way to losing weight. You also might find that by asking they can perhaps motivate you, as there are bound to be times when you're not feeling like working out or sticking to your weight loss plan, so they may offer you the motivation you need. Even asking personal trainers, doctors, friends, and family, these can all offer your help and support.

2. Taking Care Of Your Own Health: Again most people are too lazy to think what they are actually eating or can't be bothered working out, in the end your body will eventually force you to take care of yourself and you may be shocked into trying to lose weight, probably cause you have gained a lot of weight.

3. Focus On The Big Picture, Not On The Latest Gimmicks: With so much information and products out there about losing weight, everything is made to look like losing weight is simple. When in reality it's not that simple as we don't really know where to begin since we have been bombarded with so many fad diets, supplements, exercise machines, etc., Now you may of lost a few pounds trying these fad diets, they don't really work longtime. You need to focus on the big picture and that is by eating healthy foods, foods that are low in calories and don't contain many fats.

4. Stop Thinking Instant Results: The real reason people don't lose weight is because they are not thinking long term, they just think short term, "I tried this for 2 weeks, No results! Why should I bother?" so they give up and start eating the junk food again. Weight loss is long term and has so many health benefits, so you need to have patients to get the best results.
